Universal Boschi cryogenic liquid nitrogen systems/oxygen plant are available in size from 50 m³/hr (70 liter/hour) to 500 cum/hr (700 liters/hour) capacity. It is safe and efficient to operate and the oxygen confirms to North American and European Pharma copia and standards. The output of LIQUID OXYGEN can be stored in a liquid oxygen tank. Liquid Nitrogen can be available as a by product simultaneously upto 99.999% (PPM GRADE) purity. The plant is extremely versatile and all the possible product variants are possible you can either take 100% Liquid oxygen out put or 50% Liquid oxygen output directly into cylinders or 50% Liquid oxygen and 50% Liquid nitrogen. |

Principles: PSA oxygen generator uses zeolite molecular sieve as sorbent, produces oxygen by making use of the PSA principle. Under certain pressure, zeolite molecular sieve has different oxygen/nitrogen adsorption capacity, i.e. much more nitrogen adsorption capacity than oxygen adsorption capacity. PLC controls pneumatic valve on/off to realize two towers alternate adsorption and desorption as per pressure change, carries out oxygen/nitrogen separation and produces oxygen with desired purity.
applications: After the N2 and O2 Separation Device, there is a O2 after-cleaning, testing and controlling cabinet consisting of O2 cleaning device temperature testing device and control system. Removing dust, eliminating bacteria and stabilizing pressure to ensure the oxygen outputted stably and meeting medical standards. Users only need to turn the start/stop button to gain the oxygen with designing required flow capacity and purity within 30 minutes. Single line and double lines types are available for option. Users are suggested to choose the single line type when they only require a stable flow capacity; choose double lines when demand is unstable and sometimes meet extra peak values. |

Universal ING.L.A.Boschi Manufactures and supplies Premium Quality low pressure Air separation plants of all sizes ranging from 50 m3/hour to 50,000 m3/hour including Cryogenic Tonnage gas plants and liquid plants. SALIENT FEATURES : Purity of Oxygen is minimum 99.6% and Nitrogen Purity is available up to 1 PPM (Depending upon requirement of the customer). All plants use Oil free rotary centrifugal oil compressor working between 0.6 to 1.0 mpa. All plants incorporate Aluminum Brazed exchangers and packed columns for high efficiency.
